Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: We ship internationally using DHL service. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or any other third party involved in the delivery process.

 

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: We do not accept returns due to perishable goods or items on final sale.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days in case you are not satisfied with the product. Does to include shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
