Coffee for Biodiversity” is an organic, artisanal specialty coffee from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Grown in forest polycultures using Indigenous knowledge of nature preservation, it scores 86 points (SCA) and offers flavors of chocolate, citrus, nuts, a delicate body, and the sweetness of sugarcane.

The Sierra Nevada, known as the Heart of the World, is a 5,600-meter-high coastal mountain with diverse ecosystems, from tropical heat to perpetual snow. As a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site, it balances the planet's ecosystems and is home to countless life forms.

Sacred to four indigenous communities, they serve as guardians of the earth, preserving ancestral knowledge and maintaining harmony with nature, ensuring the spiritual balance of Mother Earth.
